Who are we?

To give a one line summary about us - we are group of candidates who think Indian Army, Navy and Airforce are few of the good places to be in. Some our team members are in armed forces, serving, some of us did not consciously join the forces even though they were selected and eligible, some us did not make it through.

Most of us are working at really big MNCs at really good positions earning handsome packages; even though, there is one thing common in us once, all of us have been together in the journey of having aspiration to join armed forces.

What do we believe?

All of our group members believe that serving in armed forces as an officer is one of the better things to aspire for in your teens or early 20s. Even though you do not have any great aspiration towards it, one should at least give SSB once their youth.

There are lot of coaching academies and individuals who are misleading and making it as a business, we are against it. Because knowledge and guidance should be opensourced

Pursuing only armed forces, attending SSBs without backup any plan is wrong thing to do.

Selection system should change some of their techniques, in simple words SSB has become obsolete.

One should work on his/her personality not specifically prepare for SSB tasks.

What do we do here at www.explorester.in?

Through this blogger channel our group members share their experiences and guidance, in a simple way in their free time. Some of us write on SSB related materials, some of us clear doubts and questions, some of us write in general articles about life and leadership. All that can help teens and early 20s.
